§ 459B.305. 459B.305 Dry bedded manure control — water quality.
A dry bedded confinement feeding operation shall retain all dry bedded manure produced by the operation between periods of dry bedded manure application. For purposes of this section, dry bedded manure may be retained by stockpiling as provided in this chapter.
