§ 455E.9. 455E.9 Powers and duties of the commission.
1. The commission shall adopt rules to implement this chapter. 2. When groundwater standards are proposed by the commission, all available information to develop the standards shall be considered, including federal regulations and all relevant information gathered from other sources. A public hearing shall be held in each congressional district prior to the submittal of a report on standards to the general assembly.
