§ 455D.11B. 455D.11B Permitting of waste tire collection or processing sites — fees.

An owner or operator of a waste tire collection or processing site, including an enclosed site, shall obtain a permit from the department prior to operation of the site. The owner or operator shall pay an annual fee of eight hundred fifty dollars to the department.
