§ 455B.505. 455B.505 Construction or operation of infectious waste treatment or disposal facilities
near historic sites. The department of natural resources shall not grant a permit for the construction or operation of a commercial infectious waste treatment or disposal facility within one mile of a site or building which has been placed on the national register of historic places.
