§ 321N.7. 321N.7 Identification of drivers and vehicles.
Before a transportation network company rider enters the personal vehicle of a transportation network company driver, the transportation network company shall disclose all of the following information to the rider on the company’s digital network: 1. A picture that prominently displays the face of the driver. 2.
