§ 321I.20. 321I.20 Rented all-terrain vehicles.
1. The owner of a rented all-terrain vehicle shall keep a record of the name and address of each person renting the all-terrain vehicle, its registration certificate, the departure date and time, and the expected time of return. The records shall be preserved for six months. 2.
