§ 321.389. 321.389 Reflector required.
Every new motor vehicle, trailer, or semitrailer sold and every commercial vehicle operated on a highway shall be equipped at the rear, either as a part of the rear lamp or separately, with a red reflector meeting the requirements of this chapter.
