§ 28A.14. 28A.14 Official records and officer bonds.
The board shall provide for the safekeeping of its permanent records and for the recording of the corporate action of the authority. The board shall keep a true and accurate account of its receipts and an annual audit shall be made of its books, records, and accounts by state or private auditors.
