§ 279.84A. 279.84A Mobile panic alert systems.

A school district may purchase, install, and operate a mobile panic alert system if all of the following requirements are satisfied: 1. The system is capable of connecting different emergency services technologies to ensure real-time coordination between school employees and law enforcement agencies. 2.
