§ 256.95. 256.95 Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired and Iowa school
for the deaf. The department shall do all of the following: 1. Administer the Iowa educational services for the blind and visually impaired program. 2. Govern the Iowa school for the deaf. 3.
