§ 249A.32B. 249A.32B Early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment funding.

The department, in consultation with the department of education, shall continue the program to utilize the early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment program funding under the medical assistance program, to the extent possible, to implement the screening component of the early and periodic screening, diagnosis, and treatment program through the schools.
