§ 237.14. 237.14 Enhanced child foster care services.
The department shall provide for enhanced child foster care services by establishing supplemental per diem or performance-based contracts that include payment of costs relating to payments of principal and interest for bonds and notes issued pursuant to section 16.57 with facilities that provide special services to children who would otherwise be placed in a state juvenile institution or an out-of-state program.
