§ 232D.504. 232D.504 Rights and immunities of a guardian.
1. A guardian is not required to use the guardian’s personal funds for the minor’s expenses. If a conservator has been appointed for the estate of the minor, the guardian may request and the conservator may approve and pay for the requested reimbursement without prior court approval. 2. A guardian may submit a request, together with the guardian’s annual report, for approval by the court of reasonable compensation for services as guardian. 3.
