§ 216.5A. 216.5A Powers and duties of commission.
The commission shall have the following powers and duties: 1. To adopt, amend, or rescind procedures as necessary for the conduct of commission meetings. 2. To sit as the final reviewing body for decisions issued by an administrative law judge following an appeal from a contested case hearing. 3.
