§ 182.7. 182.7 Notice of election for membership positions.

1. Notice of the initial election for membership positions on the board shall be given by the secretary by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the state at least five days prior to the date of the election and in any other reasonable manner as determined by the secretary.
