§ 182.6. 182.6 Nominations for initial board.
Candidates for positions on the initial board are nominated by filing a petition with the secretary containing the signatures of at least twenty-five producers in the candidate’s district qualified to vote on the referendum. Candidates shall be resident producers of the district from which they are nominated.
