§ 154B.9. 154B.9 Drugs — medicine.

1. Except as provided in subsections 2 and 3, a psychologist shall not administer or prescribe drugs or medicine. 2. A licensed psychologist holding a conditional prescription certificate may prescribe psychotropic medication under the supervision of a licensed physician pursuant to this chapter. 3.
