§ 144E.6. 144E.6 Provider recourse.

1. To the extent consistent with state law, the board of medicine created under chapter 147 shall not revoke, fail to renew, suspend, or take any action against a physician’s license based solely on the physician’s recommendations to an eligible patient regarding access to or treatment with an investigational drug, biological product, or device, or an individualized investigational treatment. 2.
