§ 142C.11. 142C.11 Immunity.

1. A person who complies with this chapter in good faith or with the applicable anatomical gift law of another state, or who attempts in good faith to comply, is immune from liability in any civil action, criminal prosecution, or administrative proceeding. 2. An individual who makes an anatomical gift pursuant to this chapter and the individual’s estate are not liable for any injury or damages that may result from the making or the use of the anatomical gift, if the gift is made in good faith. 3.
