§ 135K.6. 135K.6 Enforcement.

1. The department shall investigate complaints regarding backflow prevention assembly testers. If the department determines that a provision of this chapter regarding the requirements for a backflow prevention assembly tester has been violated, the department may order a person not to test or repair backflow prevention assemblies or may revoke the registration of a registered backflow prevention assembly tester until the necessary corrective action has been taken. 2. The department shall investigate complaints regarding courses covering the testing and repair of backflow prevention assemblies.
