§ 135H.9. 135H.9 Notice and hearings.

The procedure governing notice and hearing to deny an application or suspend or revoke a license shall be in accordance with rules adopted by the department pursuant to chapter 17A. A full and complete record shall be kept of the proceedings and of any testimony. The record need not be transcribed unless judicial review is sought.
