§ 135B.35. 135B.35 Pediatric congenital heart surgery — public reporting of data — patient

education. A hospital licensed under this chapter that provides pediatric congenital heart surgery shall do all of the following: 1. Participate in a qualified clinical data registry for thoracic surgery by providing all pediatric congenital heart surgery data required and consenting to public reporting of the data shared. 2.
