§ 135.16. 135.16 Special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children —
methamphetamine education. As a component of the federal funding received by the department as the administering agency for the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children, from the United States department of agriculture, food and nutrition service, the department shall incorporate a methamphetamine education program into its nutrition and health-related education services.
