§ 10A.534. 10A.534 Penalties.
1. Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this part, or of the rules of the department under this part, or any lawful order, written or oral, of the department or of its officers, or authorized agents under this part, shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. 2.
