§ 103A.57. 103A.57 Unlawful practice — criminal penalty.
It is unlawful for a person to engage in business as a manufactured or mobile home retailer, manufactured or mobile home manufacturer, or manufactured or mobile home distributor in this state without first acquiring and maintaining a license in accordance with this subchapter.
