§ 331.243. 331.243 Employees of board-manager government.

1. Employees appointed by the manager or subordinates shall be administratively responsible to the manager. 2. The board or its members shall not dictate the appointment or removal of any employee appointed by the manager or any subordinate of the manager. 3.
