§ 103.30. 103.30 Inspections not required.

1. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to require the work of employees of municipal utilities, railroads, electric membership or cooperative associations, investor-owned utilities, rural water associations or districts, or telecommunications systems to be inspected while the employees are acting within the scope of their employment. 2.
