§ 8-1-44-6. "Eligible project site"

Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "eligible project site" means:

(1) a location in Indiana; or

(2) the site of a nuclear energy production or generating facility that supplies electricity to Indiana retail customers on July 1, 2011.
