§ 8-1-31-1.3. "Adjustment amount"
Sec. 1.3. As used in this chapter, "adjustment amount" means the amount proposed in a petition filed under section 8 of this chapter to allow the adjustment of an eligible utility's basic rates and charges to provide for recovery of infrastructure improvement costs.
