§ 4-33-4-12. Alcoholic beverages
Sec. 12. Except as provided by IC 7.1-3-17.5, IC 7.1 and the rules adopted by the alcohol and tobacco commission apply to:
(1) an operating agent; and
(2) a person holding an owner's license.
