§ 32-32-3-15. Assurance of voluntary compliance
Sec. 15. In the administration of this chapter, the attorney general may execute an assurance of voluntary compliance with a time share developer in existence on September 1, 1985, in the same manner as provided in IC 24-5-0.5-7(a), except that no filing with the court is required in order for the assurance to be effective under this chapter.

IC 32-32.5-1-1Applicability Sec. 1. The definitions in this chapter apply throughout this article.

IC 32-32.5-1-2"Campground" Sec. 2. "Campground" means an area or tract of land, including ten (10) or more campsites, that is established, operated, and maintained for recreational, health, educational, sectarian, business, or tourist activities away from established residences.

IC 32-32.5-1-3"Campground owner" Sec. 3. (a) "Campground owner" means the owner or operator of a campground or an agent of an owner or operator of a campground.
(b) The term does not include the department of natural resources.

IC 32-32.5-1-4"Guest" Sec. 4. "Guest" means an individual who occupies a campsite in a campground under an agreement with the campground owner.

IC 32-32.5-2-1Request to leave campground Sec. 1. A campground owner may ask that an individual leave a campground if:
(1) the individual is not a registered guest or visitor of the campground;
(2) the individual remains on the campground beyond an agreed upon departure time and date;
(3) the individual defaults in the payment of any lawfully imposed registration fee, visitor fee, or charge;
(4) the individual creates a disturbance that denies other guests their right to quiet enjoyment of the campground necessary for the preservation of peace, health, or safety; or
(5) the individual has violated any federal, state, or local law while in the campground.

IC 32-32.5-2-2Refusal to leave campground; criminal trespass Sec. 2. An individual who:
(1) remains on; or
(2) returns to;
a campground after having been asked to leave the campground under section 1 of this chapter commits criminal trespass under IC 35-43-2-2.

IC 32-32.5-2-3Refund of unused portion of prepaid fees Sec. 3. A campground owner shall refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees, less any amount otherwise owed to the campground owner or deducted for damages, to a guest who is removed from a campground under section 1 of this chapter.
