§ 28-8-6-905. Applications for an order enjoining a person from violating this chapter or an order of the director; applications for injunctive relief
Sec. 905. If it appears to the director that a person has committed or is about to commit a violation of a provision of this chapter or an order of the director, the director may apply to a court having jurisdiction for:
(1) an order enjoining the person from violating or continuing to violate this chapter or the order; or
(2) injunctive or other relief;
as the nature of the case may require.
