§ 27-2-23-15. Charges related to search

Sec. 15. An insurer, and an entity providing services to an insurer, shall not charge a beneficiary or authorized representative a fee or cost associated with:

(1) a death master file search; or

(2) verification of a death master file match;

conducted under this chapter.
