§ 26-3-2-2. Issuance of false or fraudulent receipt
Sec. 2. A warehouseman, or any officer, agent or servant of a warehouseman, who fraudulently issues a receipt for goods, knowing that it contains any false statement, commits a Class A misdemeanor.
