§ 25-26-14-32. Third party logistics provider rules
Sec. 32. The board shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish requirements for a third party logistics license, license fees, and other relevant matters consistent with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (21 U.S.C. 360eee et seq.).
