§ 24-16-2-7. "Verifiable parental consent"

Effective 1-1-2027.

Sec. 7. "Verifiable parental consent" means verifiable parental consent as defined by 15 U.S.C. 6501(9) that is obtained in conformance with 16 CFR 312.5.
