§ 24-14-1-3. Application of article to other statutes

Sec. 3. This article does not supersede or nullify a towing company's or any other person's rights, duties, or obligations under the following:

(1) IC 24-4-6-2.

(2) IC 9-22-1.

(3) IC 9-22-6.
