§ 22-4-2-45. Approved training
Sec. 45. As used in this article, "approved training" means training:
(1) when a claimant is enrolled in services under the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (29 U.S.C. 3101 et seq.); or
(2) that is approved by the department.
