§ 21-18-21-3. Biennial plan for implementing postsecondary career and technical education programming

Sec. 3. The commission shall biennially prepare a plan for implementing postsecondary career and technical education programming after considering the long range state plan developed under IC 20-20.5-10-4. The commission shall submit the plan to the state board for its review and recommendations. The commission shall specifically report on how the plan addresses preparation for employment.
