Sec. 5.5. (a) A parent of an eligible choice scholarship student or an eligible school on behalf of a parent of an eligible choice scholarship student may petition the department to reconsider the payment of a choice scholarship for a student enrolled in the eligible school if the parent has reason to believe that the student was determined ineligible due to membership data inaccuracies reported by a school.
