§ 15-19-4-2. Removing or damaging identification; offense
Sec. 2. A person who:
(1) knowingly removes or damages any identification attached to a racing pigeon, homer, racing homer, or homing pigeon; and
(2) is not the owner of the pigeon;
commits a Class C infraction.
