§ 14-8-2-303. "Water containing state owned fish"
Sec. 303. "Water containing state owned fish", for purposes of IC 14-22, means any water on public or private land that:
(1) permits ingress by fish from waters of the state; or
(2) has been stocked with state owned fish.
