§ 14-33-13-1. Damaging or removing reference marks
Sec. 1. A person shall not willfully damage or remove bench marks, witness marks, stakes, or other reference marks placed by:
(1) the surveyors or engineers of the district; or
(2) contractors in constructing the work of the district.
