§ 13-28-3-7. Small business stationary source technical assistance program

Sec. 7. As part of the technical and compliance assistance program, the department shall establish a small business stationary source technical assistance program as required under Section 507 of the federal Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7661f).
