§ 13-21-14-6. Contesting validity; time limitation
Sec. 6. An action to contest:
(1) the validity of the fees adopted; or
(2) the procedure by which the fees were adopted;
must be brought within thirty (30) days following the adoption of the fees under section 5 of this chapter.
