§ 12-30-7-42. Immunity from personal liability
Sec. 42. The:
(1) members of the board of managers;
(2) administrator; and
(3) the officers and employees of the health center;
are not personally liable, except to the county, for an official act done or omitted in connection with the performance of their respective duties under this chapter.
