§ 12-23-25-10. Authority to contract
Sec. 10. The division may contract with the Indiana Affiliation of Recovery Residences or a similar entity that specializes in the ethical standards to administer the registration of recovery residences under this chapter, including maintaining the list described in section 6 of this chapter and performing any administrative activities necessary to implement this chapter.
