§ 11-8-11-1. "2025 agreement"
Sec. 1. For purposes of this chapter, "2025 agreement" refers to the intergovernmental service 2025 agreement between ICE and the Miami correctional facility that commences on September 30, 2025, and terminates on September 29, 2027.
