(Defense Contract Employment Discrimination Act.) Title: An Act concerning discrimination on account of race, color, creed, sex, religion, physical or mental handicap unrelated to ability, or national origin in the training and employment of persons, firms or corporations engaged in the performance of war defense contracts of the State or Federal Government and providing penalties therefor.
