§ 8.1.
Farmworkers. The Department of Employment Security shall proscribe the recruitment by Illinois employers of farmworkers unless the employer files a statement with the Job Service and the Department setting forth the terms and conditions, and the existence of any strike or other concerted stoppage, slowdown, or interruption of operations by employees of that employer at the site of the proposed employment, directly relating to the employment offered to the farmworkers so recruited. A copy of the statement in English and the language in which the farmworker is fluent shall be given to each farmworker prior to recruitment by the employer so recruiting.
